Breast Enhancement (Augmentation Mammaplasty)

Breast augmentation is the surgical procedure of inserting implants to increase the size of the breast. There are currently two types of implants available to patients: saline (salt water) and silicone. Saline breast implants are made from a soft silicone shell and filled with a saline solution once inserted. Silicone implants also have a soft silicone shell, but are pre-filled cohesive gel.
