What To Expect
Body lift surgery is performed in the hospital. An incision is made around the lower trunk. The abdomen is flattened, and the thighs and buttocks are lifted. Excess skin and fat are removed.
Following surgery, expect recovery to take about two to three weeks. Most people return to work after two weeks.
